Ken is Corporate Homes Manager in RE Realty Expert's Relocation Department. His Vast knowledge of the East Bay Area coupled with his warm nurturing demeanor creates a relaxing environment where his clients can focus on the sale or purchase of their home.



Born and raised right here in the East Bay, Ken finished his formal education with a Business degree from San Jose State University and then spent fourteen years with two major residential builders from literally the foundation through the final walk-through process and on to customer service manager with responsibility for the entire Bay region.



Moving into Real Estate was a natural transition for Ken; obtaining his agent's license in only three weeks, he amassed several awards for both production and loan consulting. A member of the prestigious President's Club, he advanced into the Relocation arena and has worked with nationally recognized relocation companies such as Cendant Mobility, GMAC Global Relocation, The Associates and others. His duties included marketing corporate inventory, REO asset management, both conventional and government, as well as property appraisal review.



Now a Real Estate Broker, Notary Public, and Loan Officer with our in house lender, Direct Source Funding, Ken's blueprint for learning is ongoing. His "concierge" like style keeps him in demand with both corporate and relocation clients alike. This blending of construction, Real Estate, Finance, and customer service is congruent with the successful Real Estate professional.
