Mortgage Application Checklist

The following information is usually required during the loan process:

Your Social Security Number

30 days of most recent pay stubs and last 2 years W-2 forms

If self-employed or have commission or rental income, your federal tax returns for the past two years

Asset statements (with all numbered pages) for the past two months

Credit card, auto and personal loan account information

Make and models of vehicles you own and their resale value

Copy of unexpired government issued ID (i.e. driver license, passport, etc.)

Copy of front and back of Permanent Resident Alien card (if applicable)  

In addition, if you currently own any Real Estate:

Current Mortgage account statement(s)

Home Insurance policy declaration page(s) for all real estate owned

Property tax bill(s) for all real estate owned

Home Equity Line of Credit account information (if applicable)

Homeowners Association statement or coupon (if applicable)
